Optimal Health: Nutritional Supplements are Recommended
I have read many research articles over the last few years. The reserach indicates that an attention to optimal nutrition is also critical for reaching and maintaining optimal levels of abundant health. The research, the medical journals, they all say the same thing, today’s food is overprocessed and our dietary intake is clearly deficient of all of the essential nurtrients that we need for proper healing and the attainment and maintainment of optimal health.
We live in a world where technology, insecticides, processing, polluted and overchemicalized foods are so deficient in nutrients, that no matter how well we eat, we cannot possibly get all the nutrients we need to heal much less maintain optimal health. Much of the food we buy today goes through approx. 40 different processes before we eat it, each of which reduces nutritional value. In addition all drugs have some deliterious affect on the body and place stress on the body alson increasing the need for vitamin B complex. The mere stress from coping with the illness can cause fear, anxiety, doubt, these negative emotions have been shown to over tax the body, specifically our adrenal glands which skyrocket our nutritional needs.
If you desire optimal health, you MUST focus on good nutrition. You MUST take vitamins.

I have tried various vitamins and supplements over the past few years and have spent the time, money and energy researching. I will pass along my findings to you, but please explore options that best meet your needs! Stay away from cheap grocery store brands, they are poorly made and do not absorb well. Powerful Goal Setting Success Tip
We are all aware of how important it is to set goals in order to obtain and measure results and success. But are you doing this?
Are you writing your goals down?
I read this the other day in a book: “Set a goal and WRITE IT DOWN. Whatever the goal, the important thing is that you set it, so you’ve got something for which to aim-and that you write it down. There is something magical about writing things down. When you reach that goal, set another and write it down. You’ll be off and running.”
Writing our goals down appears to be a written declaration to ourselves to commit to reaching it. Studies have shown that people who write their goals down, as opposed to just thinking them are far more successful in reaching them.

Start today by committing yourself to attracting abundant health and wealth to you. Write out a goal. Something like: “I (name), make a commitment to myself to focus on achieving success, optimal health and abundant wealth. My goal is to (fill in the blank…).”
Additionally, studies in psychology also show that people are far more likely to reach their goals if they write them and then make them public. So take your written declaration and goal from above and post it on this blog…. send it on an email to your family and friends…post it on your fridge.

Mentors: Move Ahead Quickly
No one moves ahead quickly without significant help from others. Those who have mentors advance more rapidly professionally and personally. But mentoring may not be what you think it is. We all have mentors. We all have many mentors. Sometimes it is just becoming aware of who your mentors are.
Mentors are people in your life who listen, encourage, support, challenge and advise you. They provide direction. They help you to take a look at your situation or issue from a different perspective and help you to see the possibilities and options that you did not see initially. They allow you to make an informed and thoughtful decision and assist in problem solving to increase your confidence, strengthen your abundant attitude. They provide you respect.
Two decades of intensive research has proven what we all know intuitively: those who have significant relationships with people they consider mentors advance more rapidly professionally and personally. They become aware and learn the attributes of successful, fruitful and highly energetic people. No one advances forward quickly without significant help from others.
Traditionally, we think of mentors as our boss, a superior who may be training us for a higher position within an organization. We need to shift our thinking to a more collaborative, developmentally focused view of mentoring. We need to open our minds to who we may consider mentors in our lives. Our mentors may be friends, co workers, family, authors or clergy. We all have potential mentors around us each and every day. This team of potential mentors has our personal growth and development in mind and of which any of them are experienced and able to guide us or provide direction.
When you are in need of assistance or guidance making an important decision or obtaining knowledge on a certain skill, task or career, it is recommended that you create a mentor list. On the left hand side of a piece of paper, list the current issues or opportunities. On the right hand side, list the names of people you know or trust to help you to make a confident and purposeful decision. Do not worry so much about matching the people up; just put the names on the paper. Think with an open mind. Try to come up with 10-15 names. Next, reflect on each person, what they like, how they form their opinions, what experience or expertise they offer and what you admire about them. Remember, one does not need to be an expert in an area in order to offer you good sound advice on your personal or professional development. Develop a team of mentors and advance your success and abundant attitude in record timing.

Are You Success Savvy?
I have recently come across some interesting findings on success. I used to think extremely successful people had some sort of “success gene”, that they were born with some innate know-how on how to achieve great things. However, with a lot of reading and studying I have come across some principles of success and have come to realize that these people, these extremely successful people are not born with this knowledge, they acquire it! This means that success and the science of creating success is something that we can all learn, study and master. The study of success is a science, it has predictable outcomes. What you put in to it comes out in the tail end. Here are some interesting definitions of success: “Success is not just being important, it is being significant.” –author unknown “Success in life is becoming what you truly want to be”. – Wallace D. Wattles “Success is the progressive realization of a worthy ideal.” -Earl Nightingale So how does one learn to become successful and achieve the results their desire? They learn and study the science of success; they learn and study the habits of successful people. In most cases this practice involves raising your awareness, habituating the practice of goal setting and planning and learning to focus on the present. Did you know that it has been said that most individuals only spend 1% of their life focusing in the present? Most people do not focus on their current tasks and activities. They are thinking about their past; the fight they had last night with their significant other, the children’s soccer game after work, the weekend plans, etc. They do not allow and demand of themselves to actually fully be and act in the present. Did you know that it has been said that only 2% of the population actually thinks creatively? In addition, 3% of individuals think that they think, and 95% of the population would rather die than think? Since thought has been linked to results and understanding that mental activity does not constitute as thinking, this means only a small percentage of the population really understand and uses the power of creative thinking to fast forward to their goals and realize their ideals. These are the people that are extremely successful, they choose their results. So how does one become more aware and learn how to work at their full potential and realize their goals? They progress through the seven levels of awareness. These levels are as follows: Our first level of awareness is our animal awareness, this level is innate, we are aware of ourselves and others, we are aware of the needs to sustain life. The second level of awareness is the mass level. This is where an individual’s awareness remains quite limited. Their decisions are based upon what everyone else is doing, they do not think for themselves. They conform, they follow the masses. The majority of people, more than half are at this level and stay at this level their entire life time. These individual do not use creative thought. Most of them are not happy with their current results.
The third level of awareness is aspiration. This is where an individual becomes aware of deep feelings and desires that may be different than that of what everyone else is doing and they start to explore these feelings, desires and thoughts. They are wanting more, they want further growth and development professionally and personally, they aspire to be more. This is when they want to break away from the masses and become an individual.
The fourth level of awareness is the individual level or stage. This is where a person uses creative thought to create their own identity statement; this is the who, what and the why, their ultimate purpose in life, their own personal “because”. This is the level where they figure out their passion, their goals, their dreams and their plans, and this purpose is unique to that individual. These are the individual reasons and purposes that drive us.
A fair percentage of individuals make it to these 3rd and 4th levels, unfortunately for many, limiting beliefs, poor self esteem, lack of confidence, feelings of doubt or other negative emotions keep many people here and they are unable to break free to the next levels of awareness. These individuals who remain in these levels never really quite get the results they desire or reach their goals efficiently or timely.
The next level of awareness is discipline. This is where an individual becomes aware of how to use thought, goals, planning, and desire to manifest the outcomes and results they want. Those with discipline to stay on course, steadfast towards their goals, no matter what is happening around them or what other people (the masses) are saying to or about them, those that learn, study, practice and habituate the science of success and wealth reach this level. Many drop out here and fail to progress beyond this point due to lack of discipline, or give up too soon before their results manifest, often times just before they reach their goals. Those that move on to the next level of awareness practice these habits of success are rewarded.
Stop a moment and take an opportunity to think about why we want to aspire for more, it is to better serve others and to live a fuller life. Those individuals who have a strong desire to do things better move forward through the various levels of awareness.
The 6th level of awareness is experience. Through the study and habituation of the skills and knowledge of how to become successful and wealthy, and through steadfast discipline, one will begin to see how the process works. When they see the results they desire manifest, they will become stronger in how they practice and do more of the same. When they do not see the results they desire, they will change what they are doing, practice with discipline until they see the results they desire.
The 7th level of awareness is becoming a mastermind. Only a very small percentage of the population reaches this point. These individuals have learned the science of success, they understand how the science and process works, they have fine tuned their practices and habits based on their experience and are extremely effective at attracting success, resources, people and even wealth. They are very effective and efficient in reaching their goals, receiving their desires and manifesting the results that they want. They choose their results.
Think of the capacity of helping others, serving others better and achieving your desires, when you can choose your results. Think of the positive impact you can have on your life and other peoples’ lives when you are a mastermind. Every one of us reading this article has the mental facilities and capacity to become a mastermind.
Changing the personal effects and your patterns of success at work is more important than you might think. The cost of negativity in the workplace is around $3 billion annually, according to an estimate by the U.S. Department of Labor. Not only are negative work environments costly for your company — they’re also taxing on your health and quality of life. We all want to be successful at what we do. So are you success savvy?

The ABC’s of An Abundant Attitude Our attitudes are a collection of our thoughts, feeling and actions. In order to have an abundant attitude, one that is focused on the infinite abundance around us, one must be congruent and positively focused in all three aspects of our attitudes. Life as a Journey
Life is a journey, a journey filled with off road stumbles and on road bliss. This journey can feel like it is all uphill for those who are coping with a chronic illness, addictive disease or injury-related condition. But life is a journey.

For every journey, a roadmap is helpful in order to get to the destination timely and see all the sights and do all the activities along the way, which one has planned. Many of us travel or have traveled on our journey of life, without such a road map. We all need direction at some time, although many of us don’t typically ask for directions. But how will you know where you want to go if you do not have a goal or destination in mind? Or if one has a destination, but no road map, one may circle around endlessly, reaching the destination long overdue or even worse never at all. Everyone should have a road map for their journey of life. On this road map, it is important to establish what you really want, who you really want to be, your purpose and how you will travel.

Goal Setting
A journey requires goals. Think about it, what do you really want? If you do not know, how can you receive it? Once you identify what you really want, write it down and if you have it already; fantastic! If you do not have what you really want, then establish it as a goal. Choose what you really want to be your experience.

Identity Statement
It is really important that we establish who we really want to be. We have an opportunity to be who ever we want. We are the creators of our universe, we become what we think and focus about. So it is really important that you create and think about who you really want to be. Take a few minutes to reflect and think about whom you are today and who you want to be. If it is a match; fantastic! For many of it, it is not a match. It is important to establish objective, detailed and finite goals of what you really want.
Ultimate Purpose Statement:
During our journey, it is important to have an ultimate purpose. A journey is more gratifying and enjoyable, if and when there is an ultimate purpose and a direction or vision. Every business organization knows that when they establish their Mission Statement. If one wanders without direction, one can get distracted and easily led off track. Therefore, having an ultimate purpose statement to guide your journey will keep you on the safest and fastest road to your dreams. In our journey of life, we as humans have three general purposes:
1) To know true happiness and joy. This means our life’s mission is to live our lives to the fullest and to strive to reach our fullest potential.
2) To know that we are all connected, as one God force or energy source. To give back to mankind to advance life.
3) To learn how to co-create our reality with the help of the universe or Higher Power. To learn how to apply the power of positive thinking and guide our thoughts to manifest the experience that we desire.
Rules of Conduct:
With any journey or trip, one must have rules or conduct or laws to abide to determine how one will get there. When one is driving a car, one must follow rules of traffic in order to maintain organization, efficiency and not to do harm to others. When one is performing at the workplace, there are rules of order and discipline. The same rules apply in life. It is important to know what rules of conduct guide you and your direction. You should establish your rules of travel or your rules of conduct. When you are following your set rules, you will know you are living or being who you really are.
Having Faith
No one can tell you when or how or when your goals will be achieved or your journey will be complete; you must leave that up to God or the universe or Higher Power, most people believe in a Higher Power of some sort and by some name. But go into each day believing that you are on your journey of life, become who you want to be, adhere to the rules of conduct and following your road map to your destination. Live one day at a time and live each day to the absolute fullest. Be efficient and complete with your actions. Reward yourself for small accomplishments. That will not only make this process more fun, but will help to keep you positive, hopeful and continuing to practice the process that you are learning in this book. Acquiring hope and acquiring health is a process.
Imagine that you are traveling from Florida to California in the darkness, you know that if you can see the 200 feet in front of your car in your headlights, you will reach your destination. Life is the same principle; it unfolds bit by bit in front of your eyes. Live each beautiful day, knowing that there are many other beautiful days coming your way. With each day unfolding step by step and mile by mile. Live in the moment, let go of the past, and don’t worry about the future.

The Law of Attraction works because we all have one infinite Power; a God, Higher Power or Universe, and that we all guide ourselves by laws; natural laws of the universe, such as the law of gravity, cause and effect, polarity, action and reaction, and the law of attraction. The law of attraction can best be described as a magnetic force, that like thoughts attract like experiences. That these laws of nature are so precise, that when man thinks about things, he or she can accomplish miracles. The law of attraction says that everything in your life is attracted to you by your thoughts. The Universe takes these thoughts as instructions, and manifests what you think about and focus on, into your life’s experience. What kind of instructions have you given the universe so far?
Think about this for a moment, if you think and focus about how poor and financially strained you are, you will become poorer and more in debt. The more you think and focus on your current situation, wanted or unwanted, the more tolerable or intolerable your situation will become. If you worry and are angry about your lack of money, wealth or prosperity, you are practically guaranteeing yourself an experience of lack of wealth, money and prosperity. If you are constantly jealous and bitter towards others, as they have wealth and you do not, you are going to attract more jealousy and bitterness into your experience. What you resist persists and what you fear perseveres.
Our Thoughts have Frequencies
Our thoughts have frequencies, so when you think about or imagine what you want, such as great wealth, success and prosperity, your thoughts go out to the universe or Higher Power and the universe or Higher Power brings it to you. So if you see yourself living the life of the rich, in a fabulous house, with an expensive car, glamorous clothing and fine arts, you will attract this into your experience. So whether you are thinking about your past experiences, your present situation or your future, and whether you are remembering, observing or imagining, the universe or Higher Power is listening and responding by bringing that thought and those things right back to you. I recommend you start to think rich!
Attracting Thoughts and Things by Using your Mind
Your mind is a sender and receiver of information far beyond the five senses. You can attract thoughts and things into your life, just by using your mind. Think about driving on some remote country road. You try scanning your radio to find a new radio station for some good traveling music. Until you tune into a station, you will not hear the music. But that does not mean that it is not already out there, nor that other people are not already listening to it. The same principle applies to whatever you are attracting into your life. What you are experiencing is dependent upon what frequencies your thoughts are emitting their information on. When you send it out thoughts or information, a message to the Universe or Higher Power, by the power and vibrations of your mind and of your thoughts, you will attract it back to you, into your experience. It is quite a complex theory the first time you hear and consider it. But as you think about it and look around into your world, you will see that indeed this is true. It is a universal law.
Chronic Ways of Thought
If one has a prolonged negative chronic way of thinking about their lack of wealth and prosperity, their debt, according to the law of attraction, these thoughts will manifest into existence. Their experience will be that of more debt and lack of money. If one is thinking of how great their financial success and wealth is, they will have more wealth. If one can accept and practice this concept, one can transform their life.
The key concept to take away is that we are all the architects of our life, good or bad. All of our problems are created by us and us alone, not by your parents, partner, boss, friends, accident, upbringing or family. All of our successes were created by us and us alone, not by luck or chance. We have created them, each and every one. This may be really difficult to accept if this is the first time you are hearing this concept. But once you do, your life can transform into a whole new world, with unlimited possibilities and success, good fortune and prosperity. So change those thoughts about lack of money into thoughts of an abundance of money.
